We had a small issue with damage on delivery (not their fault was packaged well) and they communicated and resolved in an instant. I would highly recommend this company Sonia is so helpful she helped me choose my whelping box I ordered it on the Saturday and it was ready to pick up on the Monday . Puppy Love started because standard market pens fell short. They were difficult to sanitize, fragile, or lacked proper safety margins for newborn pups.

We built our own pens to solve those issues: heavy-duty PVC, hygienic flat surfaces, and integrated crush bars.
