The heat pad is commonly used to provide additional heat for new born pets .it’s also great for sick or elderly animals and those who struggle with the cold due to skin problems or coat type.
This pad is reliable and durable. The soft case of the pad itself is waterproof and can be wiped clean. The cover is washable , it should be used under towels or bedding . An unheated area should always be provided so the animal has the option to move away from the heat source. If it’s used for immobilised animals, the animal must be checked frequently to ensure they do not overheat .
